An event-ticketing platform I founded and lead for the Nigerian market. I own the product, the codebase and the release pipeline.

Ticket value processed across 161 orders, Feb–Aug 2026: ₦1.31M
Of paying buyers bought again (11 of 19): 57.9%
Of accounts converted to a paid purchase (33 of 151): 21.9%

Seven destinations, five slots, none of them buried.

A shared-memory app for group outings. It had more legitimate destinations than a bottom bar can hold, so I treated it as a prioritisation problem.

Learning platform · three roles, one codebase

Caught a grading queue overstating staff workload 9×.

The web platform behind a two-week AI and design bootcamp for 13–19s. Three roles, Student, Tutor and Org, from a single Next.js app.

Grading queue de-duplicated before staff triaged against it, a 9× overstatement: 281 → 31
Sidebar selection feedback, by taking a client-only URL param off the server round-trip: 1.8s → 30ms
Catalogue time to content, collapsing an N+1 read from 3N+2 queries to 4: 2.3s → 0.6s

One token set, so design and code stopped drifting.

I owned the design system end to end: tokens, theming architecture and the styling structure the rest of the team built against.
