I take products from research through to shipped builds, owning the design-to-code loop across web, iOS and Android, so what ships is what was designed.

Case studies

Four products, research to release.

Shipped to the App Store, Play Store and web. Each one leads with what actually moved, not how much was built.

Social events app · Flutter

Seven destinations, five slots, none of them buried.

A shared-memory app for group outings. It had more legitimate destinations than a bottom bar can hold, so I treated it as a prioritisation problem.

Design system, tokens and theming

One token set, so design and code stopped drifting.

I owned the design system end to end: tokens, theming architecture and the styling structure the rest of the team built against.

What I do

One person across the whole loop.

The handover between design and engineering is where intent leaks. I remove the handover.
